Help with Suunto Cobra

I have Suunto USB cables, downloaded the FTD driver, and I am getting "Failed to read header information (Error Code: -5)". Any ideas?

Is it in PC transfer mode?
What serial port is detected?
Have you followed the troubleshooting guide in the help?

Yes to above, but was finally able to get it working by taking the Cobra out of the console. Connection is VERY finicky. Thanks for the quick reply. Works great now, love MacDive!

Ah cool. Indeed, the connection can be a pain sometimes!
