I've imported my dive log from Suunto Dive Manager 3.1 into Mac-Dive, all ok.

The problem comes in when I try to download new dives. I get :Could not detect a valid serial port. My computer is a Suunto Vytec and I'm using a Suunto USB download cable.

YOUR HELP IS APPRECIATED!

I've installed the driver and still getting same message. any other ideas? pls

Which driver did you install?

Did you put the device in transfer mode?

What do you see under preferences -> advanced -> scan for serial port, with the device in transfer mode?

This is all in the Help under "Troubleshooting Downloads".
