Can't Complete Payment

My trial expired, so I clicked on the "Purchase..." link in the program menu. Took me to the FastSpring payment portal. Entered my personal details then card payment details and then I get the error, "You must be logged in to perform test orders, or make sure you've chosen "Test Payment" as your payment method." I then tried doing a...test payment...but I need an account for that? How do I just pay and get a license?
