Per a thread in this forums from five years ago, I gather that there currently is no feature that would let you trim a dive or delete samples. This is a request to add such feature.

On my latest dive trip I used an Apple Watch Ultra as a backup computer with the Oceanic+ app. While diving I noticed that the Oceanic+ app was reporting longer dive times than my primary computer. Exporting the data from the app and importing it into MacDive confirmed my suspicions that the app was recording dives as having begun too early when you enter the water, rather than when going below five feet. Additionally, it was also recording the dive as having ended too late, after I had already surfaced, and even after I was on the boat, as I would take the watch off and put it in the soak tank for a while. Seems it thinks the dive is still ongoing as long as it senses it is in water.

I'd like to be able to trim the dive and remove these incorrect samples from the data.

I have a similar issue. I recently had a dive counted as two dives due to having to return to the surface. I later merged the two dives into one, and now the program lists my samples out to 359 minutes. Clearly I didn't dive that long, and I would like to be able to delete those extra samples as well.
