How to import Dive

I want' to know how to import dive from my apple watch, I did manage to get the xml files but now I dont see how to add it to Mac Dive

On macOS just drag/drop the file on MacDive.

On iOS, the file extension needs to be .uddf then you can import it from your iCloud or iPhone files.
