Manta USB / MAC Connection issues

MacBook Pro 2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7
16GB RAM
OS 13.2.1
Connecting with Oceanic (new) cable (description says Aeris Manta supported and hardware looks to fit properly)
MacDive 2.16.2
Cleaned connections and operated in Time mode (as instructions say)
Not recognizing. Any suggestions are appreciated!
