Hello. I recently got myself a HelO2 and have done a few dives on it locally. These transferred no problem to Macdive. Then I took it with me to Djibouti and did about 8 dives or so. When I got home and connected it only downloaded one dive (the most recent) Even though I can go into the logbook info on the computer and see the history of the rest. Whats going on ?
Thanks.
Scott

Are you sure the first transfer didn't return an error? There is a known issue where no new dives are found if a prior transfer failed somewhere halfway during that first download. A temporary workaround is to delete the dives downloaded during the first download, or temporary unset the option "download only new dives" before downloading the second time and delete the duplicated dives afterwards. But I'm not really sure that this is indeed your problem.
Can you send me a memory dump of your helo2? Instructions are here:

That seemed to work. I de-selected the "only new dives" option and they all came in. Then I just deleted the duplicates. Will I have to do this every time I have multiple new dives ?
Thanks.

You don't have to do this every time. Only when there was a problem during a previous download.
What happens is that the dives are downloaded in reverse order (newest first). When there is a failure in the middle of the download, you'll have the most recent dives, but not the oldest dives. When you try to download again, it will start again at the newest dive and detect it has already downloaded that dive before and abort. The result is that you can't download the older dives anymore (which you don't have yet due to that failure).
We are aware of this issue and it's on the todo list.

Ok great. Thanks again for the quick support and thank you for an otherwise fantastic piece of software !

I have been meaning to add an option to allow you to check the entire device and make sure all dives exist (at the expense of the download taking longer). It's on the to-do list, just haven't gotten to it yet.
