Please do not send Jef general macdive issues, license problems, etc. Send those to me, and I will get back to you asap.

And please make sure you have followed the troubleshooting instructions in help before emailing him, there are some general guidelines in there that cover the common problems like forgetting to install a USB driver or put your computer in transfer mode.

I'm back to regular access now, btw.
