I am trying to download information onto my macbook pro from the suunto stinger.

The computer can't seem to find the dive computer on any serial posrt. I have it connected through the USB and have switched the dive computer to data transfer mode, but mac dive can't see it.
I get an error code of -4?

I downloaded the usb driver and am now getting a new error code -6 (failed to read header)? I am using the trial version of macdive - I'd like to make sure it works before i buy it! Any ideas?

Have you followed the trouble shooting instructions in the help?
