Hello,

Can you tell me what I need to do to use MACDive on my wife's laptop and IOS devices and keep them in sync?

I have purchased MACdive on the device. Do I need to purchase the IOS version on her tablet or phone as well?

Also, can I have more than one profile so, we can log my dives and hers dive on my phone with my dives and hers on her phone mac laptop? Or do I need a separate account?

You need a license for macOS and the iOS version (separate purchases). The iOS version has family sharing enabled, so you can both use it (though you need a multi-user license for macOS). Then just enable cloud syncing.

Syncing is based on the account you sync to. If you share an iCloud or Dropbox account then all of the data will be synced. If you want to keep your dives separate then you should sync with a different account.
