I am getting an Error Code "Failed to read version information (Error Code: - 5). I have a Suunto Cobra 2, and downloaded the driver and MACDIVE 2. Please help!!! Thanks!

Sometimes the cobra2 fails to download the first time, and you need to try twice to "wake" it up - can you try importing, and then importing again if it fails ?
