MacDive on MacBook Pro M1 Big Sur won't connect with Perdix

Hello
Been using McDive for many years now. Connecting it to my Perdix was always a breeze. In recent weeks though it's not working so well. In fact it's mostly not working. 9 times out of 10 I get a "Import Error. Failed to contact device. Check Bluetooth is enabled and try again!". Then again, rarely though, it does go through.

Just wanna point out I recently changed my laptop from my old 2011 MacBook Air to a new MacBook Pro running Big Sur on the new M1 Apple chipset. Not sure it's related but thought it was worth mentionning.

My workaround, which still works, is to upload the dives on my iPad and then sync.

Any thoughts?

I'm not aware of any M1 specific issue, not sure why there would be. Perhaps try disabling/enabling bluetooth or rebooting.

Hi! I have the same issue on a MacBook Air M1. Every time I try to sync I get "Import Error. Failed to contact device. Check Bluetooth is enabled and try again!".

Hi, just an update: with macOS 12.5 everything seems back to normal and working!

just to be mentioned: MacDive incl importing works fine under macOS 13 (Ventura) since the very first beta
And with a M1 Macbook Pro also fine.
