Thanks for the New MacDive, I love it!

I have a Aeris Manta and MacDive 2.0

When I download a new dive It displays my year as "00" I checked the settings on my watch and the year is set correct. Is this possible to fix this upload error on the next update you provide?

Thanks Again!

Can you please run the atom2 test app by following the instructions here:

http://www.mac-dive.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=407

And email me the ATOM2.DMP file ?

I have fixed a couple of date issues with various devices, but it would be good to have sample data from your device that exhibits the problem, so I can check it is fixed.

Maybe I'm trying the wrong driver. It keeps telling me "access denied".
I tried the "atom2" driver. Is it just a trial and error thing to find the right driver to work with the manta?

Thanks

No, you need the FTDI driver. If you were getting the wrong dates, then the driver is correctly installed. More likely you're not typing the commands exactly as they appear in the instructions. Typically permission denied would be because you forgot the "chmod u+x atom2" step.

Drop me an email, and paste everything from your Terminal into it. I'll take a look.

Date import for Atom 2.0 is still incorrectly displaying "00" for year even after most recent MD update. If you could patch, I'd be most appreciative. :D
