Hi Nick,
Good job endeed ! I was waiting for this new version. As describe on the title SAC Rate are ot recompute/imported during migration.
Can you have a look ?
Thanks a lot !!
Ho, I have having some trouble to buy licenses with firefox (last confirmation page blank !) but not with safari.

SAC Rate works a little differently now. What you need to do is:
- Create a new tank, in the Gear screen
- Make sure the tank has a tank size (and working pressure if you're using imperial units)
- Add the tank to the dive(s) you want to calculate SAC for
Of course they need a start/end pressure also.
Hope that helps..

I followed your instructions for adding a tank to calc the SAC rate, but it still shows zero and when I click on the SAC rate graph it states that a tank needs to be added even though one is present in the gear list. I am testing the unlicensed version and this is a feature that I would like to see work correctly before I buy a license. Thanks.

Were you using a transmitter for these dives? They're only displayed if per-sample pressure information is available.
If you are, then can you send me your MacDive.sqlite file, from ~/Library/Application Support/MacDive and I'll take a look as soon as I get home.

I was indeed using a transmitter and you can see the pressure data in the raw data section of the "info" section for each dive. I have just emailed the file you requested to
support@mac-dive.com Thanks for all of your help.

Yep, got it.
One thing you can double check: do you have a tank size on the tank? And if you use imperial units, do you also have a working pressure?

I am also unable to get SAC calculations to show up: I'm in metric mode, and have a 12L tank added. The summary tab of the dive info shows 203 Bar start and 109 Bar end pressure, 32 minutes elapsed, and average depth of 21.45m
Roughly
(203-109) * 12L = 1128L of gas consumed
1128L / 32 = 35.25L/min air consumption rate
35.25 / 3.1 bar = ~11.4 L/min SAC (0.402 ft^3/min)
PS: does the SAC calculation supports adding multiple tanks? (ie: twinset)

What's the value you have set for tank size ? 12, or 12L ?
It should just be 12 (though this isn't obvious)
No twin tanks yet: it's planned, cut due to time.

Yup, just 12. I was making it explicit for the Americans

So there's no SAC in the Summary tab (or in the table if you add it as a column) ?
You won't get a graph under the dive profile as there isn't any per-sample pressure information from the pro plus 2. But the other calculations should be there.
