Failed to open device

Hi Team

Suddenly I will get an error when I try to download my dives from a Suunto Novo Device
It will start....and then: cannot open device. 2nd try: no device found.

In my Dive Computer is always: Data Transfer
And I have checked my log....the dives are there

MacOs is Catalina 10.15.7
MacDive 2.12.1

?????

Now it has worked
Switched form "Import only new drives" to "Any dive which are not imported"

Strange :-)
