It was already released. So you have a different problem. I would need to look at the log.
1. Settings > Enable debug logging
2. Download
3. Settings > Email
Thanks.

EDIT: After connecting with cable to macdive desktop, it actually syncs as it's supposed to do!

Don't know why that would have changed anything, but there you go.
I saw your log, but I figured this meant you were ok now, hence I didn't reply. Email me if you still need anything.

Decent, need to accomplish something like this with mine.
Re: Syncing the new Suunto D5 over bluetooth
Hy Nick and Hy to everybody using the new D5!
I just got to get my new D5 into the water and I have some difficulties syncing it:
The first sync went as supposed to. Everything worked fine. But then, after the second day of diving, the app didn’t find the computer. My workaround was, that I had the D5 to forget about the Bluetooth-Connections and I also had to remove the D5 under the iOS settings. Then it worked.
Am I doing something wrong, or is this the way, it is working?

That shouldn’t be required.

I am having the same problem with my new Suunto D5.
I have sent you the database.

Re: Syncing the new Suunto D5 over bluetooth
I purchased the Suunto D5 recently and have the same problems as described in this thread. Looks like your latest update to the app didn't fix anything.
I am trying to sync my Suunto D5 via bluetooth to MacDive on iOS, but it keeps failing.
Most times it fails to connect and hangs at "Looking for a device", and I have to "forget mobile" in D5 in order to get connected every time. When it is connected, it goes into "querying the device" but it fails and gives the "Failed to query device" error. After I dismiss the error, it goes back to "Looking for a device..."
The app is really terrible. Good thing I did not buy the Mac version of this app yet. How do I go about getting a refund?
I have also emailed you the debug logs via the "Send Database" function in the Settings. I hope you got it.
