Just downloaded Suunto D4i into macdive 2.38. In spite of only using EAN31 for all of the dives, the import shows all sorts of trimix. Never happened with the Cobra, what is going on?
thanks
Bill

Please follow the instructions for reporting issues:

http://www.mac-dive.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=407

We will look in your issue. If you could also provide either some data from the official Suunto software, or at least a list of the correct mixes for each dive, that would be very helpful.

Thanks,
MacDive Support

I was having the EXACT same issue recently, but only with the second (my wife's) D4i. MacDive imported all my D4i dives ok, then loading from the second D4i all the NITROX data showed up as TRIMIX.

I ended up correcting things manually but not feasible longterm.

See my reply above. I would need the data to investigate.

Note that I am currently out of office. Please email the data through and I will take a look as soon as I return.

I am back now - I am hoping to look in to this. I can't see any email with data, so my apologies if I missed it - could you send it through again?

Cheers

Never saw a reply, but I have now fixed this. Beta available or it will be in the next update, along with a bunch of cloud syncing improvements and other bits and pieces.
