Hi there,

No luck downloading dives from Veo 3. Have installed what i believe are the right drivers, using manufacturer usb interface.

"Failed connecting to dive computer on serial port '/dev/tty.usbserial-20030001' (Error Code: -7)"

Please Help.

Have you read "Troubleshooting Downloads" in the help? Is the device in transfer mode? Low battery? Etc?

Have you tried it in Windows via Oceanlog to verify the cable is working as expected?
