Can MacDive be used with an IST Proline GP-3000 DATA+

If not, is it possible to import the .xml files that are created when the dive information is downloaded to a Windows machine?

Not currently, sorry.

Your best bet would be to convert the XML data to MacDive's native XML format, or UDCF or UDDF.
