After installing the latest drivers from the smartinterface website, MacDive is returning me a "Failed to read header information (Error Code: -7)" error when I try to download my dive from my Sunto Zoop with a smartinterface cable.

I tried the manipulation descriped on this topic and here is the of the vyper command (I assume the Zoop has to be run with the vyper command):

Does someone has this issue ? Do you know some Zoop users who succeded in downloading their dive data ?
Thanks a lot

There are plenty of people who download regularly with a Zoop.

Is the device in transfer mode? Have you read "Troubleshooting Downloads" in the help?

Sorry, indeed, I did not put my computer in "transfer mode". Thanks for your support.
