I have problems syncing the D9 data with existing MacDive entries.

MacDive will not recognise that there is already a dive logged with the exact time and date. Instead, it enters it as a separate entry.

I have lates MacDive version 2.1.9 running on Mountain Lion.

I tried several "Down Load Dive" settings and changed the "owner name" of the Suunto - but nothing works. Any ideas?

I already received an email from you about this and have been discussing it there with you, so we'll keep doing that.
