Export Dive Sites

Hi there,
Just wondering if there is a simple way to export a list my dive sites. Doesn't really matter what format the export file is in. Mainly just after the name, rating and lat and long but exporting the map image for each site would be neat.
New diver and partner to the area I am in is looking for some places to go diving and this would be an easy way to get him the info. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
