New Features:
Added support for the Heinrichs Weikamp Frog.
Added Certification as criteria for a smart dive log.
Added "View dives with this Certification" shortcut to each cert.
Added ability to print a summarised list of dives.
Improved images page when exporting dives.
Gear in the Dive Inspector is now sorted by Manufacturer, Name by default.
Bug Fixes:
Fixed problem reading dates from the XP5.
Fixed problem reading date and temperature for the Hollis DG03.
Fixed problem reading from a Suunto Vyper in rare cases.
Fixed issue adding surface interval/repetitive dive in certain cases.
Fixed issue with temperatures when duplicating dives.
Fixed minor display bug where bar/psi label wouldn't immediately update after changing unit preferences.
