Can No Longer Sync

My wife and I both have Mares ICON HD computes (not the NET ready). I've been using MacDive for a little bit, and while sometimes I had trouble sycning, wiggling the cable would get it to work.

Since the last update (maybe) I can no longer sync at all. Neither computer will work.

Both computers sync with zero issues on my laptop running the Mares software.

The test app shows the following. Any ideas?
