Import Error

I managed to import one dive from my Suunto Vyper Air and then got the error Failed to read dive computer memory (Error Code: -5) and can't import any more, what does the error mean?
What do you mean "Can't import any more" ? Does it keep erroring? Have you tried unplugging, then plugging it back in?
Does it just say "no new dives found"? Import via "all dives", not "only new dives" which will stop after it finds the first dive.
