I saved MD after manually entering several dives and closed out with no problems. I saved it about 3 times while doing this, since i lost everything before when i closed without saving... (still learning) i opened the program today and it was as if i never entered ANY data besides the import.... fun times...

It's in /Users/your username/Library/Application Support/MacDive/
