While nothing related to Mavericks, the beta resolved this issue.
Hopefully the new release will be out shortly - I'm waiting on a third party for a couple things in order to finalise it.
OS X Mavericks Compatibility
Re: OS X Mavericks Compatibility
Hi,
on my mac run version 2.3.0.
In last two weeks, when I try to insert data in newest dives, the program go crash and delete last dives downloaded.
How can I solve this problem?

Re: OS X Mavericks Compatibility
Please email me a copy of the crash report so I can take a look. I have a beta I can send you, but I need to see the crash report to see if it will help.
Re: OS X Mavericks Compatibility
I'm very sorry.
I try again and program run correctly. May be I does something wrong...

Strange. Well, I guess if you see the problem again, drop me an email with the details and we'll go from there?
Cheers for the update!

Re: OS X Mavericks Compatibility
Hi,
I am trying to download the Mac Dive software...no problem with that...but I'm having difficulty with the driver. I have the Mavericks OS...a computer only a year old (MacBook Air) and I have a Suunto HelO2 (also new). I am not a computer tech person and am totally confused by the page that pops up when you click on the "drivers" for the Suunto computers. I tried installing one (D2XX??) and it didn't work. I don't know the differences between the types or what the heck "processor architecture" is.
This needs to be much simpler for the average person!! Please help.
thanks.

Re: OS X Mavericks Compatibility
You want this driver:
http://www.ftdichip.com/drivers/VCP/Mac ... 2_2_18.dmg
Download and when it opens, right click on the 10_4_5_6_7 option and choose Open, then follow the instructions.

Re: OS X Mavericks Compatibility
Okay, I downloaded the driver, tried to download my dives using MAC DIVE and got this message:
"Failed connecting to dive computer on serial port '/dev/tty.usbserial-ST01WUU9' (Error Code: -7)"
This is using Suunto's USB connector and cord for the HelO2.
I also found these messages when I looked in the MacDive folder?

Those messages can be ignored.
Does your helo have low battery? Are you using a USB hub? Is the cable bent or wet in any way?

Re: OS X Mavericks Compatibility
Hi,
I have a Oceanic VT4. When I click on the driver link and read the installation instructions, it's telling me that I don't need a driver with the Mavericks OS X.
However, when I plug in my dive computer it's not finding it at all.
Can anyone help with this?
Thanks in advance!
Martin
