Hai,
when filling the purchase price of a gear it is mandatorily shown in $. When providing a different currency the error "Please provide a valid value." occurs. Wouldn't it be possible to leave the user free to decide which currency is applicable to his purchase.
My apologies in case I am the only user not from the US.
Kind regards from the EU!

You are clearly not
This would definitely be most useful.
Many thanks

Sorry for the delay, I have been pretty under the weather.europaeer wrote:Hai,

You are indeed not - I wrote it and I am not from the US.

I can change this, it has come up a few times and is not a big deal. The currency isn't converted or managed in any way so other than looking more correct, it doesn't mean anything. I appreciate the inconvenience, I'll look at doing it shortly. Please drop me an email so I can send you through a beta version to ensure everything works as expected. I'll hopefully have time after work tonight or tomorrow.
Cheers,

Hai,
I still receive an error like 'The value “€ 583.00” is invalid. Please provide a valid value.'
Is it really not favoured to utterly delete the preset detail "$" so that everyone can choose his own currency just in words?
Thanks from Europe (and Asia, Africa, South America)

Yes, sorry. Someone requested an iPhone version so I was a bit distracted.
It's on the list, it's just really not a priority right now. Sorry. I'll get to it when I can.

You're welcome. Sorry for the delay!
I've just released new versions for both Mac and iPhone that have this for you.
