update problems
I have a Mac with OSX Mavericks. After the update I lost all the data. Restore with back up doesn't work. What to do?

Hi there,
Could you provide a little more information - what update are you talking about? To Mavericks, or a version of MacDive? If you mean the latter, did you receive a crash report or error message? If so, could you provide that?
It may be easier to email me on support, as I'll need you to send some data through to investigate further. When doing so, please email all of the data files within your MacDive data folder so that I can take a look.
