Out Of Office (Apr 5 -> Apr 22)

I am heading off on a dive trip shortly and will be out of office from April the 5th until April the 22nd.

For order issues, lost licenses etc please email orders@fastspring.com and quote your order number.

For download issues, please read the help, specifically Troubleshooting Downloads at http://www.mac-dive.com/help. Most likely your problem is solved in there. If you are still having trouble then feel free to drop me an email, but I will have intermittent internet access and may take some time to respond.

My post about missing dives is not a critical issue or a rush problem - I'm off Diving the 19th-26th myself. Maybe when I come back with a bunch of new dives the missing ones will show up?
