Loose deco gas data after Dive Log sync

At the dive site I record pertinent dive data in Dive Log on my phone (iPhone 4) but I loose the data pertaining to a second gas/tank combo after I sync with MacDive.

Here is the full scenario step by step:
1. Record first and second tanks in Dive Log, including tanks size, start & end pressure, mix.
2. Add notes, equipment used, buddies, start time from computer, ect. data into Dive Log
3. Download dive computer (Shearwater Predator) to MacDive
4. Sync Dive Log to MacDive

All data successfully merges except I loose my start and end pressure of my second gas and it defaults the tank back to the tanks for my first gas.

Is it my procedure or is it one of the applications?
