another newbie question....

i've been searching on here for this so accept my apologies if it's there.... but i honestly couldn't find it...

is there a way to change all of the "diver" column to be my name that is in the pull down menu? i need to import dives from my wifes computer too so these need to be named for an individual.... same would go for the other generic columns e.g.: certification, computer etc...
