Macbook Air Download Error

I have a Macbook Air and an Oceanic VT4.0. When I try to download my dives from the Oceanic into MacDive, I get the following error:

Import Error: Failed connecting to dive computer on serial port '/dev/tty.usbserial-20030001' (Error Code: -6)

I am running Lion on the book, and I have upgraded MacDive to 2.1.1 (trial version).

If I can download my dives to my Macbook, then I am ready to purchase the full version........

With the VT4.0, make very sure your cable is plugged in the right way up.

I have one here, and more often than not I plug it in the wrong way. Sounds stupid, but it is surprisingly easy to do. My VT4 connects successfully every time when I plug it in the right way
