A quick heads up, I will be away on vacation from December the 3rd to the 17th.
I will not have WiFi where I am staying but should hopefully have daily access to an internet cafe or some such, so please bear with me and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
For any support issues, please take a read of the help - especially the Troubleshooting Downloads section if you are having download difficulties. When emailing for support, please also make sure that you have read the main help page and provide me with the requested information (what USB driver you have, what kind of dive computer, etc). As I will not have regular email, the more information you can provide the better and faster I can help you out.
