Hey Nick,
Hope you are well. I have a little issue with dives created from iOS and then reimported on my Mac. I was under the impression that when a dive was created on iPhone's Dive Log with the same time (or within a certain amount of minutes) of the one on the dive computer it will then automatically merge (after syncing it of course) with the corresponding dive from the Dive computer.
But after syncing and downloading new dives from my Gekko I have instead 2 separate dives (both with the same dive number though) and i can get them the separate info to merge all in 1 dive.
Thanks for the help
G

What does MacDive say under "Dives" on the sync screen?
What are the entry times for the dives?

Re: Merging Dives from iOS
I think i solved the problem....it appears that u need to download the dives from your dive computer before you sync ur IOS dives otherwise the program imports them as a new dive rather then merging them with the existing ones.
That worked for me after several test.

Correct. Downloading from a dive computer will not do any merging. You must download your dive computer first, and then a Dive Log sync will match up to those dives.
