Dive Type field not accepting key strokes

Post by peterbkk »

In 2.05, I can not type into the Dive Type field. I can paste into it.

I think I already replied to you on Scubaboard about this.

At any rate, there have been some fixes to this for the next version.

There's another issue at play here. Thanks to another user for figuring out how to replicate this issue, I've tracked it down and fixed it for the next version.

There were actually two issues here. One that was Leopard specific, and another one. Both fixed.

Peter,
If you're using Snow Leopard, I've found that "filtered" dives (i.e. by "{Diver}", where {Diver} is your Diver name), the Dive Type and Tags fields will lose focus when you try to enter text (usually followed by "sosumi" or your mac's error sound). The work-around that seems to work for me, ymmv, is to use the "All Dives" view.

Indeed - thanks for spotting this, Ben. As I said it's resolved for the next patch. Apologies for the inconvenience.
