OSTC+ (not plus) - not connected

Good evening,

recently changed from heinrichsweikamp OSTC plus to OSTC+. This is the new hardware version with the buttons recessed in the housing. Unfortunately, I can't get it to import into the iOS app. The Mac version of MacDive can import the dives from the new hardware with the same settings (OSTC 2). Under iOS I do not get a connection. The synchronization with the old computer still works under iOS. I have manually removed the computer and added it again. Furthermore, the import is only possible with the old OSTC plus.

Hardware:
iPhone XS with OS 14.0, OSTC+ with firmware 3.19 and 3.20.

Answer from Heinrichsweihkamp:
The OSTC got new Bluetooth chips some time ago, because the old ones were no longer available (chip crisis says hello). When using Bluetooth 4.0 (iOS), the apps must be adapted to the new chip.

I think they can integrate it quickly though. We provide all the necessary information for this.

It's mainly a matter of adding the new service and Rx/Tx characteristics UUIDS.
