When viewing the low temp for a dive, it shows 55 degrees, but sliding the cursor along the temp chart on the graph, the lowest that shows up is 57.
I also looked at the samples for this dive and it shows 57 as the lowest sample which matches the chart.
Where did the reported 55 come from?
Computer is a Shearwater Perdix Ai.

Re: Low Temp
Samples are taken at a fixed interval, which is not necessarily the lowest value.
Re: Low Temp
Nick, are you saying the low temp value is coming from the dive computer itself then, and not you determining it from the lowest sample value?

Re: Low Temp
Actually it depends on the specific dive computer. For some, various things like max depth/temperatures are not necessarily in samples but stored separately. In the case of the Perdix AI it does come from a sample, but the trailing surface samples are trimmed so it might have been found on one of those.
