Garmin Descent Mk1 Imported dives have wrong time

MacDive 2.11.3 on Mac Mini 10.12.6

This only started happening recently. The dive times in MacDive are out by an hour.

For example, this is what is displays in Garmin Connect:


This is the dive in MacDive:


If I load the FIT file with the Fit File Repair tool it also says 9:24:41 AM

DST is not currently in affect in Oz.

This still has not been resolved running 2.11.4 on Sierra.

The times were correct during Daylight Saving Time but are now wrong that DST is over here in Australia.

When will this get fixed?

Do I assume that the Garmin is no longer supported?

I have been recommending MacDive to people with Garmin Descent Mk1. This will now stop!
