Just upgraded and registered v2 (fantastic work) the new UI is great but unsure on country support
I have 2 locations egypt and UK, egypt has a flag icon but whatever i try for the UK stays grey.

There is already a thread about this.
The actual name is "Great Britain (UK)". I've added "UK" for the next version.
You can select MacDive in your applications folder, right click and "Show Package Contents", then navigate to resources/flags and see what's in there. It is not case sensitive.
Working on a better solution for this but nothing in place yet.
