I am heading off on a dive trip shortly and will be out of office from September the 18th until October the 2nd.
For order issues, lost licenses etc please email email@example.com and quote your order number.
For download issues, please read the help, specifically Troubleshooting Downloads at http://www.mac-dive.com/help. Most likely your problem is solved in there. If you are still having trouble then feel free to drop me an email, but I will have intermittent internet access and may take some time to respond.
