Preserve data on merge

As per my other request, I’d like to be able to create a dive on the iOS app while I’m out and then merge with an imported dive at home. I have a Garmin Descent Mk1 and on import MacDive puts the entry and exit location in Notes. The problem is that when merged with a dive created with the iOS app, ...

Display and edit Conditions on iOS

Perhaps I’m missing something but I can’t find a way to display, let alone edit Conditions data on the iOS app. I’d like to be able to create a new dive at the dive site (or sitting around having a snack with my buddies) and enter a bunch of data. When I get home I import the data from dive computer...

Select Multiple Gear Items to add service data

Perhaps I'm using gear items wrong. I have 3 reg sets (primary, spare and pony). I have each item (1st stage, 2nd stage, octopus, SPG, transmitter) as separate entries in gear including their serial number, purchase date, etc. I then have groups which includes all the components. The above works wel...

Surface Interval beyond 24 hours

Both my Shearwater Perdix AI and my Garmin Descent Mk1 record my surface interval beyond 24 hours but on import, MacDive sets it to 00:00 if it is more than 24 hours.

Would it be possible for MacDive to just store whatever the computer has?

Re: Extend Location with state/province field

For all my dives I include state in the Location, i.e. "suburb/city, state/province". For example, if I dived at The Steps, Kurnell, NSW, Australia, I put have "Kurnell, NSW" in Location. Note that once you've entered a Site with Location, MacDive remembers it so you don't have t...

Garmin Descent Mk1 and Dive Exit Point

It is great that MacDive adds the coordinates of Dive Entry Point in the Notes. I find this useful.

I'd like Notes to also include the coordinates of the Dive Exit Point. At the moment I have to fire up a Windows VM and use Diving Log 6.0 to get the exit location.

It only includes Entry point. There's no Exit in Notes.

Re: New Release - MacDive for macOS (2.10.0)

I can make it crash on 10.11.6 by toggling the NDT button. I sent you the crash report.

Re: New Release - MacDive for macOS (2.10.0)

Yeah, I get that, but the crash report no longer happens.

Edit: The crash window was hiding in the background. I have sent the report and gone back to 2.9.4 (beta).

Re: New Release - MacDive for macOS (2.10.0)

I just installed this version and it keeps crashing.

After I installed it was fine and then I clicked on the NDT button and it crashed. Now it crashes every time I try to open it.
