Try using iCloud if you can.

I think there is an issue with the Dropbox setup, but I’ve not had time to look at it yet.

The license is unrelated to your Apple ID.

If you have a multiuser license then you can use it for both of you. If you have a single-user license then you can only use it for one person.

No, you have to sync to the same account.

If you want to use different apple ids then consider syncing via Dropbox instead.

Make sure you select the right device (pro plus 2 and 2.1 are not compatible). The most common problem with those is plugging it in upside down. The cable fits both ways but only works one (at least on the 2.1, in pretty sure the 2 is similar). Otherwise make sure you aren’t using a usb hub, try a U...

It’s in the picture you attached. It says “Summary”. It’s not a tab, it’s the bottom left area.
