Re: New Releases - Mac 2.7.0, iPhone 1.1.4
Hi Nick - loving your work and this has been a bit of an epic update :) I noticed today a small, but reproducible annoyance: Go to "Gear" section Add a new piece of kit (yay!) - this will work Click the "+" to add a second piece of gear: application crashes I also triggered #3 af...

Lost dives
I'm not exactly sure when the dives went missing, or how, but there are a handful of dives (3 in fact) that have disappeared from MacDive. They are all dives in Vanuatu but spread across 2 years (2013 and 2014). Assuming I have a TimeMachine backup that has the data, is there a method for extracting...

Re: When will DL7 and/or DLG Export formats be available?
No doubt we've all seen the notice from PADI that their Scuba Earth site accepts imports in DL7 format..only (if not, cruise over there ). I know Nick is nearly giving himself a DCI at sea level to build this in (go Nick!) but I was wondering if anyone here has tried creating a conversion tool for t...

Re: OS X 10.7 Lion and beyond..
Hahah - s'ok! I was just contemplating how I typically jump to figuring it out on my own before seeing if anyone else has done the hard work for me! Keep up the awesome work on MacDive mate. Greetings from Australia.

Re: OS X 10.7 Lion and beyond..
( trimmed ) The genuine Suunto cable that came with the Helio2, whilst recognized by Lion when I plug it in, doesn't create a character/serial device in "/dev" so MacDive can't use it. Might need to hunt down a driver - anyone else had any luck with the genuine Suunto cables? Answered my ...

Re: OS X 10.7 Lion and beyond..
Finally got around to updating my log book (Macdive) after upgrading to Mountain Lion and can confirm the following woks for me: * Suunto Helio2 and Cobra3 * Macbook Pro - Mid 2010 ( specifically: MacBookPro7,1 ) * OSX Lion 10.8 * Data cable from Custom Ideas and driver from here (version 3.0) * Mac...

Re: OS X 10.7 Lion and beyond..
Bought a Suunto Helio2 today and can confirm the following combination works straight out of the box: * Suunto Helio2 * OSX Lion 10.7.4 * Data cable from Custom Ideas and driver from here (version 2.9, haven't tested with the new 3.0 driver) * Macdive 2.1.5 UPDATE 11-Jul-2012 - updated the driver to...

Re: OS X 10.7 Lion and beyond..
Just in case anyone else runs into this problem: I upgraded from 10.7.2 to 10.7.3 and although the data cable was recognised, I couldn't transfer any data from my Cobra3. So I simply reinstalled the driver (see me previous post in this thread on where to get the drivers), rebooted and voila! So seem...
