Hmm, that may be it. I installed the Intel driver rather than the Snow Leopard driver.

No USB hub, plugged directly into the USB port on the computer. I tried both. I even tried uninstalling the driver and reinstalling it. And yes, the cable is plugged in.

When I hit SCAN it said no serial ports detected. And yes, I did install the USB driver.

I had already tried that too with the same results.

I finally got a cable today from Custom Idea. I had already downloaded your software, the cable driver software, and purchased a multiuser license from Mac Dive. I set my Gekko to "PC SET", plugged in the cable and attempted to download. All I get is "Import Error Could not detect a v...
