Re: Registration
Hey, I had the same issue. Reinstalling the app and signing in with my original email fixed the registration and sync problem for me.

Re: 2025 are the mobile app and desktop versions still working ?
Please check that both the mobile app and desktop software are updated, ensure you're logged into your account with syncing enabled, and confirm you have a stable internet connection. Sometimes, closing and reopening the app can also help. If these steps don’t resolve the issue, try to reach out htt...

Re: bulk updates
Hey Melizarov, Just wanted to jump in here, Shadallark’s advice is spot on. On the Mac version, you can select multiple dives with Shift+Click or Cmd+Click, then use the “Edit selected dives” option to change the owner for all those dives at once. It’s a handy way to fix that “New Diver” issue witho...

Re: Dive Sites Database
Yeah, having a shared dive sites database would be useful, especially for getting accurate GPS coordinates and consistent site names.

Re: Automatic Scrubber counter
Consider using the total accumulated scrubber time instead of linking it between dives. Each time a dive is logged, you could add the dive duration to a running total for the current scrubber. Then, once it hits your known scrubber limit (e.g. 300 minutes), you reset the counter when you install a n...

Re: TestFlight - testing new iPhone releases
Hey Nick,
Thanks for the heads up. I’d be keen to help test the new iPhone version through TestFlight. Just sent you an email with the address I use for it. Looking forward to checking out the updates and changes you’ve been working on.

Re: Suunto Ocean - FIT Import
Hey ComSubVie, I think MacDive might not support FIT file imports yet, especially since it's not listed in the "File Formats" dropdown. FIT files are usually used for fitness tracking, so the dive-specific data from Suunto may not be recognized properly. You might want to try converting th...

Re: Can’t download
That usually happens if the download didn’t complete properly or got interrupted. Try to delete the file and download it again, maybe using a different browser, just in case. Also, make sure your macOS security settings aren’t blocking the file.

Re: New devices support?
I was in the same boat and ended up going with the Mares Genius since I already had the transmitters. Good to know the iX3M2 is now supported, even if it wasn’t in the notes. Hopefully, MacDive keeps adding support for newer models, it’s still a solid app.

Re: Import from Suunto D6i to iPhone without DC Buddy
There's no way to import directly from the D6i to iPhone/iPad without the DC Buddy, since the D6i uses USB and iOS doesn't support that. The best option is to import to a Mac or PC first, then sync to your iOS device via MacDive. Haven’t seen any updates planned to change this yet.
