Well it's the correct serial port for a D9. Does it have low battery? Are you using a usb hub? What else is different from your other machine? No difference with other machine. Erased all and installed again. Now, all works fine in my new macbook. Why? I don't know. It's sure that I did something b...

I have this error:
Failed connecting to dive computer on serial port '/dev/tty.usbserial-ST000001' (Error Code: -5)
computer Macbook pro retina.
Dive computer: D9
Cable: original
All work fine in my imac with Lion.
Perhaps drivers??

When I sync the computer the next time with other Dive, the Number is repeated with manually dive. Also I edit it manually.

When I add one dive with no computer sync the diver number is 0.
