Re: Apple Watch Ultra
Did you notice that the start/end gas tracking from Oceanic is incorrect? For me, both values are the same - start gas pressure. No. You'll need air integration to see that evolve over time during the dive. Oceanic computers can do this, depending on the model, but as far as I know Apple Watch Ultr...

Re: iOS 17
I updated to iOS 17 today and cannot identify any problems or incompatabilities.
Re: Sites
You can do that already under Sites; MacDive just doesn't propegate that into the dives at that site.

Re: SSI App QR Code
I retract my interest in this feature...
In SSI, you can just manually edit the number of dives in My Profile --> Dive Data. That way new c-cards display the number of dives under your belt accurately.

Re: Back to diving post-covid and MacDive Issues
(wtf is wrong with airport security, one would think that they would be trained to recognize scuba gear through x-rays 🙄), Yeah, agreed -- in Guam there are new, fancy machines that give 3D imagry of carry-on items. Like a CT machine for luggage, sort of. No need to take out your laptop either. So ...

Re: Would like a richer, more structured "buddies" feature
thanks for the suggestion. I'll look into this. Problem I see, though, is I can't tell what all my variations are, since we don't have a list of "buddies", unlike the list of "sites" we have. So I'd have to look at each of my 1000+ dives one at a time and note down all buddies v...

Re: Would like a richer, more structured "buddies" feature
Additionally, you can then select MacDive --> Settings --> Advanced --> Optimize Database to remove the misspellings so they won't come up again as suggestions.
That only works if the misspelled-buddies are no longer in use. If they're still associated with a dive, it won't delete them.

Re: Swampies
I thought it was times you got back into your wetsuit after using it once already that day, but my wetsuit was used, over 103 hours, 107 times and has 205 swampies, so you got me too.
