Re: Problems with your reefnet on 10.6?

I still can only get the last dive out of the Reefnet, doesn't mater if I have selected to only import new dives or not. Completely uninstalled the driver, then reinstalled as per the instructions. Had to su the command to kextunload though, but that shouldn't make any difference. get 1 dive importe...

Units of measurement.

In the units, we can select Imperial, Metric or Canadian. If you select Canadian, it gives you depth in feet, and temp in Celsius. However, I don't know anyone who uses Celsius for water temperature. We use Fahrenheit for water temp, but Celsius for Air temp. It is a good idea, but I find I have to ...

Re: CSV -> SDM Converter

Hmm, I don't think this will work for me. I've exported my missing dives from Sensus Manager in CSV, but it looks to still be in their format. Temps in degrees Kelvin, depth in Kilopascals... etc... I think I'll just wait until the next revision of the program... Or maybe I'll look into writing my o...

Re: Error when importing from Reefnet Sensus Ultra

OK, thanks.

One other thing I forgot to mention, I had deselected Only Import New Dives. With it selected MacDive gracefully tells me there were no new dives found. Hopefully that helps a bit.

Error when importing from Reefnet Sensus Ultra

I'm getting an error when importing dives from the Sensus Ultra. I configure the serial port, and Download dives; I get the last dive, then an error. The error it comes up with is: Import Error Failed to read dive computer memory (Error Code: -5) I've tried it with the Sensus Manager application, an...

Re: combining 2 different computers.

Was it already on? I figured I was just being a bit esotoric here and probably the only one with that feature in mind.

Re: GPS Integration for dive sites.

I don't have the GPS handy right now to get any data for you, but it's basically a KML File; time, lat, long, altitude. Straight from the GPS however it's in NMEA 0183 format. There are however, many different units out there. Houdah has a faq for HoudahGeo here, http://www.houdah.com/houdahGeo/faq....

combining 2 different computers.

Another feature I would like is the ability to combine the outputs from 2 different computers. I use both a Suunto D9 and a Reefnet Sensus Ultra. The Suunto records tank pressure, and temp. The Reefnet obviously doesn't record tank pressure, but is extremely precise on the temp. It would be nice if ...

GPS Integration for dive sites.

It would be nice if there was some sort of GPS integration to log the dive sites with. I always take my Garmin Etrex Vista HCX out on the boat with me so I can see where we're going, how fast, how long until we're back to base, etc... It stores a track log, if you could sync the computers dive time ...
