Re: Suunto Cobra missing PSI information
You can notice this when you click the recalculate button in the Air Consumption tab. It will ask you whether to simulate or not. Depending on whether you answer yes or no, SDM will interpolate the pressure linearly (and thus a non constant SAC graph), or interpolate the pressure assuming a constant...

Re: Uwatec Aladin Tec 2G - again...
Diving Log can download directly from the dive computer, so you can skip the smarttrak step. With a little extra work from Nick, you could even skip the Diving Log step too. You could download the raw data (e.g. memory dump) on Windows with my test application (which has an option to download only n...

Re: Mares Icon HD
Sorry, I made a mistake while uploading the new test application. I did upload the old version again :-( Here are the links to the new version: http://www.divesoftware.org/libdc/builds/experimental/windows/iconhd.exe (Windows) http://www.divesoftware.org/libdc/builds/experimental/macosx/iconhd (Mac ...

Re: Mares Icon HD
I think I figured out how to read the data now. I have updated the test application. It should now exit properly at the end of the transfer, and write out a memory dump. If it works, you could also try the macosx variant now. I'm not sure if it will work because the windows application communicates ...

Re: Mares Icon HD
This looks a lot better. Did you abort the transfer while it was still receiving data, or was there no activity anymore?

Re: Mares Icon HD
I think I did setup the serial lines incorrectly. I have uploaded a new build. Can you retry? You are supposed to get lots of output once it starts to receive some data.

Re: Mares Icon HD
I have an experimental test application for the iconhd that you can try. It just fires off the download command and watches the serial line. So it's not as functional as the usual test applications, but its purpose is to learn how the communication is supposed to work. You can download it here: http...
Re: stinger
Can you run the "vyper" test application, and send us the output. Instructions are in this post: http://www.mac-dive.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=78#p78

Re: Required Test Data
Note that even if your F10 is brand new and doesn't contain any dives on it yet, the information can be very useful to us.

Re: Dive Number
The dive number by itself is not the most useful piece of information. It is completely redundant with the date/time info and many applications even have some renumber feature that recreates the dive number using the date/time info. But I think the dive number works well as a short representation to...
